Upgrade your training facility with our Direct Mount variation of the Catalyst Force Entry Door. Change the training environment and strategies engrained in your culture from a predictable setup and make your training structure match your area of operation. There’s no need to build a whole new facility when you can simply add our door(s) inside and outside, inward and outward opening trainable, and increase the versatility of your training tower.
Upgrade even further with a Security Screen, Drop Bar, and first and second floor variations of our VES Window Bar.
Installation required. Arrives bolt-on / lag screw ready to mount out of the box. With a minimum rough opening requirement of 46.25” W x 82” H, the door can be mounted with minimal effort depending on the preparation of the structure and skillset of the installers.
Arrives flat on one pallet. Packaged with two sets of flashing and specific mounting plates for the structure it is being installed. Simply bolt on the C6 Lock Mechanism into the door. Raise and slide into the door frame. Lag screw for wood structure. Wedge based anchors for CMU, concrete. Bolt-on for conex boxes and flat plate containers. Simply call out your structure and RO and we will provide you the right mounting components for your Direct Mount door. We can even provide custom sized flashing if your RO is multiple inches larger.
Once the rough opening is cut out and the holes are predrilled to the mounting plates and flashing provided, the Direct Mount is “bolt on” without any further labor.
