Catalyst Force Entry Door

Overview:

The Catalyst Force Entry Door (CFED) is a versatile door training platform to practice multiple strategies of forcible entry. It comes in two options: Stand Alone or Direct Mount. The Stand Alone comes with the option of our proprietary cantilever Wheel System or Forklift Header to transport easily and safely. The Direct Mount flush mounts with flashing into any building, structure, training tower, conex box regardless of material of said structure. The Catalyst Force Entry Door is our most popular product due to its realism and customization. Numerous add-on/removable props allow you to create the training scenario your department needs while staying within your budget. All doors are trainable inward and outward opening with the choice of right side hinge or left side hinge. 36” is standard width, but we offer 32” and 34” if requested. The CFED-Tactical Breacher (found in the Police Section) is the Law Enforcement upgrade for both the Stand Alone and Direct Mount that can handle repetitive shotgun, kinetic, and explosive entry training.

Resetting for Multi-Use Training:

Starting as minimally as one standard dowel and increase up to 3 dowels (wood or metal conduit) plus a 2” x 2” wood block system. The lock mechanism combinations allow for a variety of difficulty levels for forcible entry training depending on the desired scenario.
Note: crush prop comes standard, but for added complexity: slide locks, drop bar prop, commercial cutting prop, security screen door can all be added to create the necessary training scenario desired.

• The CFED is the only door on the market where our four-wheel system* can be quickly affixed to cantilever and safely move and stage with just two-people.

• Quick reset with dowels or block systems for repetitive training and technical practice.

• The removable Wheel System* frame can replicate tight hallways, limit workspace, and range of movement. Slide two boards of sheetrock in place and use the wheel system to frame to create walls and roof. Add a tarp and smoke machine to create real life, low visibility evolutions.

• Crush Prop - included standard. Where our competitors charge additional or force you to purchase an entirely separate prop to train, our design allows for the ability to quickly add our brackets and get to work.

• The overall frame of the CFED (Stand Alone and Direct Mount) has an adjustable gap system to ensure ideal fit between door and frame and lengthen the effective training evolutions

• Frame design and pre-drilled affixable plates allow for mounting into shipping containers and other manufactured structures.

• Our Forklift Header an added option with all Stand Alone CFEDs if the Wheel System is not desired. Note: Door Cover still fits with the affixed Forklift Header.
