 Let’s Decentralize Your Department’s Training

When the moment comes we do not rise to the occasion but fall back to our training. If that training is not regularly accessible and utilized our effectiveness as first responders will wane. Recreate the scenarios of your department’s area of operation by customizing your training center to mimic real life. Give your team the confidence they deserve to earn the badge every day by bringing your forcible entry training onsite and under budget for years to come. Eliminate the scheduling, budgeting, and commute logistics; and empower them with full access to work the skills they need whenever they are on shift.

The Forcible Entry Conex Box Training Center is its own training facility that is delivered to your doorstep. Below we offer 3 tiers of training center to choose from. All are customizable in both quantity of props and location of props inside and outside of the box.

Basic-20

20 ft. Conex Box Training Center with the basics: 2 Catalyst Force Entry Doors (situated and positioned how you like), 2 VES Windows (installed height determined by you).

Contra Costa-20

20 ft. Conex Box Training Center with the full Forcible Entry, Inc. product line inside and out. Add-ons and customizations optional.

Why We Built It —
When the moment comes we do not rise to the occasion but fall back to our training.

How We Build It —
We take a one-time shipped Conex Box and turn it into an all-inclusive Training Center with our complete product line of training doors and props that you help us customize per your needs. Exterior as well as interior, we design, build, install, and deliver it to you. From beginning to finished product, we provide you a single solution that solves all your forcible entry training headaches. Finally, a Training Center built to your specifications, that belongs to your department/agency, and is just a stroll across the parking lot or quick commute to the next station.

Three Tiers to Choose:

The Contra Costa-20

The “All In” product line variation on a 20ft Conex Box

Our All In mobile Conex Box Training Center arrives to the destination of your choosing, all-inclusive and ready to go straight out of the ‘box.’ Though complete in all it includes, consider our All In build as a starting template for you to customize prior to as well as during production. Upon delivery, you don’t need to bring tools for setup or dowels and blocks for training. It’s all provided, even the electrical lighting. Once installed, our goal is to get you up and running immediately with no jerry-rigging or exclusions. The only remaining step for the outer bolt-on props is to decide where you want them on the walls of your training center. Upon request we can walk you through and demonstrate all potential scenarios for each, show how to reset, brief maintenance practices, and get you up and running on the greatest training platform in the U.S.

And one last important note: though it is a building in looks and functionality, it is a mobile unit as it can be moved from one location to the next like any conex box used for shipping. Therefore, since it is not a permanent structure, no permitting process is necessary for approval of purchase as is the case in the state of California.

The Fresno-40

The “All In” product line variation on a 40ft Conex Box

Same inventory list as the Contra Costa-20 above but larger square footage and wall surface area for more than just one interior wall plus more props to add.
An Example to Consider— up to 6 Catalyst Force Entry Doors could be installed:
- (4) Exterior: 2 outward swing (right and left hinge), 2 inward swing (right and left hinge)
- (2) Interior: 1 installed into each wall (2 walls total) to be forced, equating to first responders training to bring tools inside the structure rather than leave them outside.

The Basic-20

The Most Basic Build Out on a 20 ft. Conex Box

Our Basic mobile Conex Box Training Center is our simpler design for a lower budget while allowing your CBTC to grow as a training platform as need and objectives change. We can ship you additional props as budget is approved and you install them yourself. It arrives to the destination of your choosing just like the All In, ready to go straight out of the ‘box.’

Same note as above for the All In: though it is a building in looks and functionality, it is a mobile unit as it can be moved from one location to the next like any conex box used for shipping. Therefore, since it is not a permanent structure, no permitting process is necessary for approval of purchase as is the case in the state of California.

Inventory List:

  • 1 - Choice of 20 ft. or 40 ft. One-Ship Conex Box - Painted prior to build + after completed production

Products:

  • 1 - Outward Opening Catalyst Force Entry Door

  • 1 - Inward Opening Catalyst Force Entry Door

  • 2 - 3-in-1 VES Window (w/ Window Bar) Prop

Add-on Options: We can build out your CBTC from this base model with the type of props and quantity of each as you require.

Build Process:

Step 1 - Choose Container Size:

- 20 ft.
- 40 ft.
- Use your own Conex Box: ship us your existing container if you already have one and wish to use it.*
- DIY: Coming Soon — we ship you all of our product line that would go into the the All In CBTC plus the retrofitting and instructions for install and you create your own Forcible Entry Conex Box Training Center.*

* The cost savings will be provided in your quote. If you’re in California, please inquire if you may qualify for FREE shipping of your Conex Box to and from our HQ for build out. Please note the option: our containers are brand new (One-Ship), certifying their quality prior to our possession. Therefore, a new container helps us also certify our work and quality guarantee.

Step 2 - Design your Conex Box Training Center:

Once we have a list of the props you want, the geographical location of each prop (if so desired), and understand your objectives for training, we will create a design for you along with a 3D rendering video for you to review. You move props around and redesign as you like and we will reiterate together until your approval.

Step 3 - Approval & Production:

Once the designs and video are approved, we will await a PO from you to go into production. When a PO is received, typical lead time on a Conex Box build is 60-90 days for in hand delivery to your desired location in the lower 48 states.

Feel free to print out and sketch what props you want and where you would like them located. Snap a photo and email us your layout and we’ll get designing.
